The Gargellen ski area, also known as Schafberg, is famous not only for its guaranteed snow but also for its superb snow conditions. The wide, white slopes of the high alpine valley begin right in front of the house doors of Gargellen and are full of exciting ski trails that offer plenty of opportunity to experience real carving or that magical feeling of skiing in deep powder snow that Gargellen's excellent conditions can offer - and crowded ski slopes or long lift lines are unknown at Gargellen!
Gargellen is also only a short distance away from the well known ski region of Montafon with its Alpine Scene and is easily reachable by means of a 10 minute bus ride.
